Service Research Corporation has NO affiliation with Service Research Inc.
It has come to our attention that there is a party operating under the name of Service Research Incorporated fraudulently using our logo. Unfortunately, numerous persons have contacted us regarding a national mystery shopper scam that involves cashing fraudulent checks. From the information we have been provided, a person receives an unsolicited notice stating they have the opportunity to become a mystery shopper. Instructions are provided to make certain purchases, cash a check and wire a portion of that check to a third party. Unfortunately, the person or persons who are sending those checks are using “mystery shopping” as a means to disseminate checks that are leaving the returned (non-sufficient funds) fees as the responsibility of the person who cashed the check.
Service Research Inc. has in some cases targeted residences in Ohio utilizing a Canadian telephone number as a means of contact. Be aware that the person or persons that are participating in this fraudulent behavior may be targeting your area and/or using various contact information.
Service Research Corporation is located in Lincoln, Nebraska and has no affiliation (absolutely NO affiliation) with Service Research Inc.

Please be aware that emails are currently circulating under the name of Damon Johnson claiming to be recruiting mystery shoppers for Service Research Corporation. This too is a fraudulent use of our business identity, please be advised that our company DOES NOT recruit mystery shoppers in this fashion. We strongly suggest that you do not provide any information to these parties and call your Better Business Bureau to report this activity.

Service Research Corporation (SRC) has provided research, mystery shopping and human resource services to a nationwide client list since 1991. SRC is a small, full-service research and consulting firm specializing in constituency satisfaction.
